Cancellation Policy


Any return and cancellation costs will be covered by the buyer.

You can cancel your order as follows :

1.Before the order is completed, during the online process of your order you can at any time press the corresponding option, you can automatically stop the order process and you can continue to navigate to our website.

2.If the online order has been completed but the product has not yet been shipped, you can contact the online shopping customer service by phone: +30 697 913 9874 / 2410 538990 or by e-mail: comoshoess@gmail.com and one of our partners will undertake the cancellation of your order.

3.After shipment or receipt of the product, please contact the online shopping customer service by phone: +30 697 913 9874 / 2410 538990 or by e-mail: comoshoess@gmail.com, to explain why you wish to cancel the order. Our partner will serve you directly and inform you about all your options. Under EU rules, a trader must repair, replace, lower the price or refund you if the products you bought turn out to be defective or do not look or work as advertised. If you purchased a product or service with us online, you have the right to return your order within 14 days from the day of receipt of the product.

The return cost for the orders is borne exclusively by the customer and amounts to the equivalent charged by the service with which you choose to return the product to us. The customer is obliged to return the product in excellent condition, and if we find out the excellent condition of the product, we will return the money. If you have chosen cash on delivery as the payment method of a product, and you cancel the order, you will have to pay the value of its shipment and return.

Within Greece, the cost of the shipment will be borne by the user with 3,90 € regardless of amount, and the cost of the return will also be borne by the user with 3,90 € regardless of amount. In international shipments, shipping costs will be paid after consultation.

In case of payment by credit card, cash is not returned but the return is made through the bank to your credit card, deducted from the cost of shipping the products (and the cost of return after consultation).

In any case and for all the above cases the maximum cancellation period may not be extended beyond 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
